Neighborhood
History: Soulard is one of the oldest neighborhoods in St. Louis, known for its historic charm, French heritage, walk-able neighborhood, with many attractions and amenities located within a short distance. The Soulard features a mix of architectural styles, including Federal, Greek Revival, and Italianate. Many of the homes and buildings in Soulard have been well-preserved, showcasing the area's rich history. The neighborhood is situated just south of downtown St. Louis, bordered by Lafayette Square to the north and the Mississippi River to the east. It's easily accessible and within close proximity to other popular attractions in the city.
Guest Access
Door code provided at check-in. You may enter through either front door. For the Side Gate, use the gate code on the dial lock to access the side area, then pull to open. Parking Please park on Victor Street (directly in front of the home). Do not park on the side road, as it is an active street, and please be careful not to block our neighbor's garage.
